Description

The purpose of this present revision is to convert the text to the si metric system of units and conventions and to bring the book up to date in its ideas and illustrations. The two books are now so well known that it seems invidious to state that they will prepare for this or that course of study or examination. I feel it sufficient. To say that they will be useful textbooks for any system of education where technicians and craftsmen are concerned.
